A show for all the family! The one-man band will arrive from the moon – having heard several wee Earthlings say to several big Earthlings “Just sit me doon wie Mr Boom”. This Aberdour Festival legend will be back to capture the imagination of a new generation of wee Earthlings with his charming Scottish songs and space inspired performance.

Ever wondered what it takes to master the game of bowls? Now is your chance. Aberdour Bowling Club invites adults to join a fun, hands-on introduction to this sociable sport. Learn how to deliver the perfect bowl and pick up tips and tricks form seasoned players. All equipment is provided – just bring flat-soled shoes and come ready to play!

Will Pickvance, the virtuoso performer and natural storyteller returns to Aberdour to premiere his entirely new Edinburgh Fringe show, weaving together comic misadventures, fleeting encounters and moments of unexpected beauty, blurring the line between concert and theatre. Music and narrative collide and unravel in real time, in a performance shaped by the room and the audience.

Fragments of life, memory and absurdity played out at the piano.

Fancy Dress Tennis Bash!

7pm- 10pm (each mini tournament starts and ends within an hour)

All invited to Aberdour Tennis Club for an evening of fun in fancy dress. Members and non-members welcome to play or watch doubles tournaments with tiers for all abilities and a one point singles slam!

Equipment can be borrowed if needed and there will be nibbles and baking, but bring your own tipple!

Sing me a song Mr Piano Man … a night of sing-along favourites round the piano

A giant, joyfully unrestrained singalong for Aberdour, with a big screen and songbooks to guide a Marquee full of voices, led from the piano by Will Pickvance. Expect requests, surprises and communal favourites in an evening of music, memory and noise. The evening will include stories from legendary sing songs at Skibo Castle, including Robbie William’s birthday party, in this shared celebration of singing together. No performance required, just participation and laughter as the whole of Aberdour becomes the choir. All ages encouraged. Bring your voice and enjoy.
