This policy covers refunds and returns for tickets and merchandise purchased from Aberdour Festival Ltd (registered charity SC046672, company SC535912). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Merchandise Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your T-shirt or tote bag, you may return it to us under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all labels attached
- Personalised or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty
Return Postage
The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
