Perform, play or trade with us

Aberdour Festival 2026 is looking for brilliant musicians, performers, market traders and suppliers to help make it a ten-day celebration to remember. Whether you take to the stage or help keep things running behind the scenes, we'd love to have you on board.

Powered by local talent and traders

Ten days of festival magic doesn't happen by itself — it's built on the creativity, energy and passion of the people who take part. If you're a performer, a market trader or a business that can help us stage Aberdour Festival 2026, here's everything you need to know about getting involved.

Bands & performers

We welcome musicians, choirs, dancers, spoken word artists, theatre groups and all kinds of live performers to apply for a slot in the 2026 programme. Aberdour Festival has a proud history of showcasing the very best of local and touring talent, and we'd love to hear what you do.

What to include

Tell us about your act or group, who's in your line-up, what you perform and how long your set typically runs. Include links to demos, recordings or social pages so we can get a feel for what you do.

All genres welcome

Folk, classical, pop, jazz, world music, comedy, spoken word, dance, circus, theatre — if it captivates an audience, we want to hear about it. Our 2026 programme carries a Commonwealth spirit, so acts with international flavour are especially welcome.

Market & stall traders

Aberdour Festival's Market Day is one of the highlights of the ten days — a vibrant mix of craft, produce, gifts and street food enjoyed by visitors from across the region. If you'd like to take a pitch, we'd love to hear from you.

Pitch enquiries

When you get in touch, please tell us what you sell or make, how much space you'll need and whether you're bringing your own gazebo or require power. We'll do our best to accommodate everyone, but pitches are limited.

What we're looking for

Craft makers, independent food and drink producers, artists, gift sellers, plant stalls, vintage — if it fits the friendly community spirit of Aberdour Festival, we want you there.

Suppliers & contractors

Running a ten-day festival takes a tremendous network of skilled businesses behind the scenes. If your company provides services or equipment, catering infrastructure, marquees, security, waste management or any other operational support — we'd love to hear from you.

Catering & hospitality

Catering suppliers, mobile kitchens, bar operators and hospitality specialists — we welcome enquiries from businesses who can help feed and refresh our festival audiences.

Infrastructure & logistics

Marquees and structures, fencing, portable facilities, waste management, security and event logistics — the backbone of any great festival.

The Way our Ticket sales work

In response to community feedback we're trialling running online ticket sales.

Please note: selecting or adding tickets to your basket does not reserve them. Because many of our events have limited capacity, seats remain available to other customers until payment is completed. Your booking is only reserved once you've paid.

Some events also have tickets for sale from the Box Office or Aberdour Bistro. We reserve the right to cancel and refund tickets if this is necessary.

Please remember that the festival is ran by volunteers. Feedback is welcomed at [email protected].
