Refund and Returns Policy

This policy covers refunds and returns for tickets and merchandise purchased from Aberdour Festival Ltd (registered charity SC046672, company SC535912). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Event Tickets

The ticket refund policy is under review by the Festival Committee. For urgent queries contact [email protected].

Merchandise Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your T-shirt or tote bag, you may return it to us under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all labels attached
  • Personalised or custom-printed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty

Return Postage

The customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Way our Ticket sales work

In response to community feedback we're trialling running online ticket sales.

Please note: selecting or adding tickets to your basket does not reserve them. Because many of our events have limited capacity, seats remain available to other customers until payment is completed. Your booking is only reserved once you've paid.

Some events also have tickets for sale from the Box Office or Aberdour Bistro. We reserve the right to cancel and refund tickets if this is necessary.

Please remember that the festival is ran by volunteers. Feedback is welcomed at [email protected].
